Give your Alocasia Loco plenty of bright, indirect light to support healthy growth.

Avoid prolonged harsh direct sunlight, which can scorch or damage the foliage.

Water when the top 1–2 inches of the growing medium begins to dry. Alocasias appreciate consistent moisture while actively growing but shouldn't remain waterlogged.

A loose, well-draining growing medium with plenty of airflow around the roots works best.

Loco appreciates moderate to higher humidity and warm temperatures. Keep it away from cold drafts, heating or cooling vents, and sudden temperature changes.

It's also normal for an Alocasia to occasionally retire an older leaf as it directs energy toward new growth.
