FAQ's

When will my online order ship?

UPDATE: There may be a slight delay in shipping out orders. We don’t have our extra packing employees currently working because of the quarantine.

We package and ship orders Mondays through Wednesdays. Any orders placed after Sunday will ship out the following week. 


What method of shipping do you use?

We ship USPS 2-3 Day Priority to guarantee that your plants are in the box as little time as possible. Please note: USPS Priority is not guaranteed to arrive by a specific date and can occasionally take longer. 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for our plants, unless your plant is damaged upon arrival. Please send us photos of your plant and a description of the damage within 24 hours to hello@landofalice.com and we will figure something out.

I live in Orlando, can I pick up locally?

YES! Use the code ‘LOCALPICKUP’ during checkout to remove shipping costs and then contact us at hello@landofalice.com to schedule a pickup date and time.
