CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & DAMAGES
All purchases are FINAL SALE ONCE SHIPPED. However, if your plant arrived damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery support@landofalice.com. Land of Alice does not accept returns on any items once they have been shipped. By placing an online order with Land of Alice, you agree to this policy.
LOST/STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY
If your package is marked delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, please check around your home thoroughly and with any neighbors who might have mistakenly had it delivered to them. If 24 hours have passed and you still have not received your order, please reach out to us at support@landofalice.com, and we will work together to find a solution.
